Greetings!!! My name is Jim Greenslitt and I have lived in Bonners Ferry Idaho since the Spring of 1982. I was born in Spokane Washington and am a third generation product of the beautiful Northwest part of our great nation. It has been a wonderful place to live and I am very grateful to live in such an area that offers so much for people who love the outdoors and all that it has to offer.

Buyer reviewWe had a lot of needs ( carpet guy coming twice, gas needing turned back om urgently, keeping on top of appraisal guy, ensuring that the cleaning of the house was done properly) these needs and others such as showings, listings, and promptly communicating were met each time. That's impressive. When he has multiple clients and makes you feel as if you're the only one he's got is a unique gift. I did admire his professionalism, especially when I was dealt a rotten appraiser, and a difficult week before closing ( deadlines, getting home, family stuff etc) . Jim made it work each time which meant a lot. Overall Jim was a breath of fresh air compared to my last realtor. in every aspect mentioned above he was better then previous realtors. Will use again if he's still an agent.

Seller reviewI have worked with Jim both with selling and buying real estate. If I had questions he either answered them or found the answer for me. I never had to chase him down to make something happen. He is a go getter and I always felt like he was doing the best for me. Honest as the day is long, I never felt as though he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes like some people do. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. Thanks again Jim
