Buyer reviewJames patiently answered all of our questions that day we visited the open house that he was tending, and it was obvious that he was ready to help us locate the right property. He did all of the leg service, and came up with a suitable list of properties to look at. He was ready with all of the pros and cons of each property. All of the homes we looked at were great homes, but we fell in love with the one that we purchased. James guided us through all of the steps involving the contingent sale of our existing home. Everything was seemingly seamless although coordinating everything between two title companies and another realtor in another state had to be onerous. But, he pulled it off! He was very low-key and we didn't feel pressured at all throughout the transactions. He is very, very pleasant to work with and we appreciate the work that he did. Our realtor in California was complimentary about working with James. We were very fortunate that he represented us as the buyers and recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home. James was physically there for all steps of the purchase, signings, inspections, negotiations, escrow closing. He was available to answer all phone calls, and if not on pickup, returned calls promptly. This was very important to us!
