I am originally from Modesto, Ca. I relocated to the central coast in 2007, with my wife Vikki and our youngest of four sons, Cody. I have been a Real Estate agent since 2002, but have an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. I feel that in this business, there is no substitute for experience in all phases of the property development.
I specialize in income producing properties, whether it is commercial or residential I can show you the actual yield any certain property could be earning in your individual case, by calculating the Internal Rate of Return.(IRR) It is an excellent way to compare properties by income and expense. Seller reviewI believe this is sell/buy number 9. That tells it all about Jim Kelsey. He understands exactly what I want and how fast it needs to happen. I highly recommend Jim if you are looking to buy or sell. One huge factor in a realtor for me is that they are easy to reach. Some of our deals had to happen quickly and Jim always answers his phone.
