I had purchased a rental home, in the Estates neighborhood of Lake Harmony, previously with Jim. Now he helped me sell an existing home I owned in the Split Rock area. I will NEVER use another agent in Lake Harmony. Jim is easy to deal with and has such a calming effect during the sales process. He knows how to diffuse me when I am overhwlemed and excitable about any aspect of the sale. Jim also has such a great network within the community that you never need to know where to go to for short term rental management, repairs, cleaning, restaurants, local events, and all around fun. Everyone purchasing or selling a home in Lake Harmony, or the surrounding areas should use Jim. It's just fun and easy with him!
