As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. I used Scott a year before when I purchased this property and would not have even considered using anyone else for this sale. Scott plans well and does what he says he will do. He is also a wonderful person and family man. His marketing plan was excellent. My property had the highest number of views on Zillow for the first two weeks due to his pictures and detailed wording. Scott's communication through the whole process of listing, selling, and closing was perfect. His knowledge of the area as well as knowledge of processes made this whole sale easy.
