As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Seller reviewScott had been my agent for four or five previous buys or sales. This sale actually fell apart two different times and the buyers agent "gave up" and announced the sale was not going to happen. Both times Scott got involved to assist the buyer in finding a new lender in one case and clearing up a technical problem. With any other agent my sale would probably have stalled or not completed.
