Buyer reviewBuying our first home with James was honestly such a great experience. From the very beginning, he was always available to help us, no matter how many questions we had or how many times we wanted to see a property. James's knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested in really stood out-he made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right choice for us. What we appreciated most was how easy he is to talk to, and how great he treated us through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood every step, never making us feel lost or overwhelmed. James truly put our minds at ease and took away the worries we had about buying a home for the first time. We can't thank him enough for making the whole process feel so much less stressful. Buyer reviewMy girlfriend and I were very nervous about buying our first home and from the moment we met with James, we knew we were in great hands. James explained to us, in detail, how the process was likely going to go and made sure we understood everything as we were very naive. Once we started looking at homes, James was extremely helpful and very receptive to any and all questions we had. No matter what time of day, we felt that we could contact James and he got back to us very quickly. James also referred us to our loan officer, who he swore by, and he was also a huge help throughout the whole process. I'm extremely thankful and feel very fortunate we got to work with James. My best friend and his wife began their home buying journey right after us, and James was the first and only person I could think of to recommend to them. I would absolutely work with him again in the future and again, we are very thankful for him being a part of our team and helping us purchase our dream home!
