He was always available to speak with us and kept in contact with us. If we had a question, and he didn't have an immediate answer for us he would research and get back to us. It was a long process, because of unusual circumstances that popped up, which we had no control over, but Jim helped us stay positive. He was extremely professional, and we would definitely recommend his services.
