I feel the need to mention that at any time I had a question, Jim was willing, available, and always ready to help. Every time I sent an email I would get a response back that same day, usually within the hour. One of the best professional experiences I've ever had. Jim's best qualities during this experience were that he was patient with us as new home buyers, always professional in each new situation, and really made you feel like he was on your side and fighting for you whenever an issue came up. As first time home buyers, my wife and I felt very much lost in a forest when we started. Having Jim there was like having a guide to show us the way.
