Buyer reviewJames Mulvey was referred to me by my brother who had past professional dealings with him. Right from our first meeting with him, we knew he was the right person for us. We were not easy clients to deal with since we had to sell our house, were not sure exactly where to find the new one and also had some personal health issues to cope with. Jim was very understanding and worked with us for several months before we could zero in on our selection. After the initial offer, he worked relentlessly to get the deal done in spite of not very cooperative seller and their agent. Even after closing, he continues to follow up on some issues with the seller. We are very thankful for the services we have received from him. I highly recommend James Mulvey to anyone looking to buy or sell their house in this community.
