Hi, my name is James Sadler; my friends call me Jim. I'm a real estate agent for the Williamsburg office of Century21 Nachman Realty.
I grew up as the son of a military officer. We moved often, and so self-discipline, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail were traits that were instilled in me from an early age.
I've seen Williamsburg grow and prosper since I first set foot in this town in 1978 to attend the College of William and Mary, and now I've got the over 60 years of expertise of Century 21 Nachman Realty behind me to provide you with knowledgeable, friendly, attentive service from start to finish.
As a Century21 agent, I've been given all the latest updates, all the training, all the technological tools, to make the sale or purchase of your home a superior experience. Buyer reviewJim was the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. Jim was outstanding at focusing on our list of requirements as we searched for a new place. He put together a list of properties for the one day we could visit the area, each was carefully selected and ordered so that we could visit each with enough time to properly view each property. Once we had settled on an area and put in an offer on our first choice. That offer fell through but Jim was as invested in getting it as we were. We fell back to our second choice and again Jim was heavily invested in our needs and interests. The second choice ended up a FAR better choice and along the process Jim was there to be our remote eyes and ears, meeting with inspectors and taking pictures. We was just outstanding!

Seller reviewJames was very helpful inn evaluating the property and getting it ready for market. The property had been a rental and the tenant had not left it in good shape. James took it upon himself to get it cleaned out. Also as i do not live in VA, he was helpful in making recommendations. The process was very smooth and professional.
