I am thrilled for the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm James. I'm a Believer, Husband, Father, Real Estate Broker, Basketball Coach, Podcaster and retired procrastinator. I'm a Relentless member of the Century 21 Excel family in Columbia, South Carolina. My background includes 11 years in commercial finance and commercial real estate and 10 years in residential real estate. I bring a wealth of experience in both the commercial and residential real estate that I use to help my clients win when I am formulating strategy, providing advice and negotiating on their behalf. Since 2014, I've assisted clients and customers with every aspect of real estate. He provided clear guidance throughout the process and created an environment where I could ask ALL the questions, lead on decision making, and set the tone for negotiating. When the sellers started playing hardball, I immediately trusted James to take over. Like a gentle assassin, James strategically and calming swopped in and annihilated the reasoning for the high purchase price. He categorized each area of concern with bullet-pointed examples leaving the sellers no choice but to either yield or back out. Buyer reviewI was recommended to James by a friend and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to find a house to buy. he was very knowledgeable and honest. Although I do understand that this is a job for him he made me feel like he actually cared about how i ended up and my overall well-being. He worked with my weird hours because I work 70 hours a week so I don't have much time off so he made himself available when I needed him and when it was convenient for me which helped a lot. And if I'm being honest held my hand through the whole way and just reassured me throughout the process because sometimes I can be very indecisive and unsure of myself and other things I want need and deserve. He became my therapis, my shrink, my realtor and if I may say a friend or at least that's how I felt.
