She helped us sell our first home we owned & then rented out for many years (due to not being able to sell with long time depressed market & largely expanded neighborhood) during height of Pandemic. She helped make the process smooth & tolerable. She then helped us negotiate purchase small condo in area for our young adult son as he was entering the work force. Again, very effective & efficient in contract bid during highly competitive market! And, most recently, expertly assisted us in highly successful sale of home we raised our children in - compassionately guided us through a lengthy process (cross country move for us thru continued Covid-19 roadblocks!).
