I've been a resident of Guthrie since 1974 and co-owner of Century 21 Goodyear Green since 1981. After serving in the Army at Fort Sill, I completed my education with a BS & MBA graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to real estate I was in banking therefore my experience exceeds 40 years. My goal is always to assist my buyers and sellers in a manner that allows YOU TO ATTAIN YOUR desired result in every transaction. I will reflect that commitment working for you each and every day. I was raised in Urbana, Illinois (home of the University of Illinois). I served in the Army from July, 1969 until October 1971. I completed a BS in 1974 at University of Central Oklahoma and a MBA in 1976 graduating Summa Cum Laude. I began my professional career in Guthrie, Oklahoma as Vice-President of Guthrie Savings and Loan in 1973. In 1981, Max Green and I formed Goodyear Green Real Estate Company at 110 S. Division, Guthrie, which is still one of five of our offices. I'm married with four children and (8) grandchildren. I belong to St Mary's Catholic Church and has served on many community and civic organizations.

His extensive experience with the development i chose was a terrific bonus. Because our transaction was all being done long distance, Jan was involved in 10 months of building and helping us through the process. We had a last minute hiccup on the final inspection so everything changed the week before closing and he made it all happen easily for us to still close on time. Calling him was the smartest decision we could have made This was our 6th home purchase and by far the most complicated, but Jan was supportive every step of the way and we are thrilled to be settled into our last new home.
