Our offer was accepted in the airport while we were waiting to fly out. We appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. Seller reviewShe was amazing for us! When my husband was selling a house in another state, she talked us through the process. She helped get us a realtor there, and was constantly going to bat for us and giving us advice. When the market dropped she still got our land sold while helping us get our new house!! She was only ever a phone call away and constantly communicating with us. I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a realtor.

Within minutes, I knew I had the right person for the job. She began to formulate a plan. She gave me a list of things I should do to prepare the property and house to make it sell quickly and provide perceived value. We followed that plan to a "T". It Worked. She was informative and patient as I had never sold a property before. So I had complete trust in her experience and professionalism. She fully explained the offer and buy up from from the seller to get their points down. Very confusing part of Real Estate for me.
