The first time we met Janet she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our needs are in a home as well as our financial needs. You could say that we are a unique couple and probably had a lot of request that are not standard request. Janet was understanding, supportive and really looked for homes that would suit our particular needs and request. She was very attentive to detail when looking at homes. We could tell she really wanted us to find a good home and good fit for us. She also encouraged us to take our time with looking and wait for that right fit. Jannet's communication was impeccable and very time efficient. She even contacted us while on vacation, which was not necessary yet greatly appreciated. The collaboration center was also a very nice and a helpful feature. We were first time home buys and she walked us through every step of this. I would highly recommend Janet. If we ever need to sell our home or buy again we would definitely want to work with Janet again. It was a pleasure getting to know her; she is super friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to go over all of our questions and explain the process step by step. Janet Lane went above and beyond. Our closing came at an odd time and we were on the phone until 10:30 PM at night and negotiations went right through the day before and few days after Christmas. Janet was still available and didn't miss a beat. We are truly blessed that we found her and that our paths crossed to have her wonderful assistance in this home buying adventure.
