Seller reviewI have known Janet Lane since 2008. She is honest , trustworthy and thinks out of the box. I highly recommend her as she helped us through some very unpleasant surprises left from UHaul (they promised to remove donatable items, furniture, then did not follow through by closing date. Janet helped to mitigate those damages which facilitated the closing of this house and we could not have done it without her! She is a jewel and the best asset to your business. If we asked her to call us, we never had to wait long to hear back from her. When we sought advice from her, we were always impressed with her knowledge. She was always kind, patient, and so understanding with some of the personal issues we had. We really couldn't ask for more than what she provided throughout the evolution of selling our home. Her experience in the real estate field really shines in her interactions with her customers! We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling at home!
