Janice is very thorough, knowledgeable, & helpful in so many ways. She is smart, courteous, friendly, & tough when needed. She is a go getter! She will work whatever hours needed; which is great for people who work & are limited on time available to view properties. She found people to check out & give estimates when needed, for the foundation, electrical, & assorted other areas of houses I was interested in. This was greatly appreciated by me & helped me decide what to offer on properties. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I come in contact with that is looking to lease or buy a property, or sell or lease theirs.
