Janice was very kind and helpful and assisted him on making good decisions that would benefit both the seller and the buyer. It was still very clear that she represented us, the buyers, but she went out of her way to help the seller as well without receiving any compensation. Janice communicated with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She was always upbeat and cheerful. Janice has promised she will continue to be here for us to help us settle in. We look forward to seeing her again.
