Seller reviewJanice is very professional and a pro-active sales person. She markets and shows property on a regular basis. We knew she would be aggressive at selling our property. Janice is the best at what she does. She is always professional and her communication is excellent. We were very confident with what she told us each step of the way. Janice was on top of each step and was very clear in explaining all steps to us. Janice is our "go to" realtor. She is the best!

Buyer reviewMy husband transferred to the area and he was told to live anywhere east of Dallas between Longview and Dallas. That gave us a very large territory to look for a home. Janice had to work a large area to find the right home. We came Labor Day weekend and she never implied or showed any impatience. Janice was very positive and encouraging. She never pressured us or pushed us to make a descision. She educated us and then gave us room to make our choice. The seller of the home we decided to purchase did not have a realtor. Janice was very kind and helpful and assisted him on making good decisions that would benefit both the seller and the buyer. It was still very clear that she represented us, the buyers, but she went out of her way to help the seller as well without receiving any compensation. Janice communicated with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She was always upbeat and cheerful. Janice has promised she will continue to be here for us to help us settle in. We look forward to seeing her again.

She was able to point out possible issues or defects of a house that would not be noticeable from the untrained eye. Janice is willing to take on whatever issues that you want addressed with the other party. She is able to present it in a way they understand situation.
