Buyer reviewWe only got in touch with Janine by chance but we couldn't be happier that we met her. From our first interaction, she was professional but also very friendly and greatly knowledgeable of the entire region, knowing minute details that we could have never known or foreseen being from NY. When we discussed what kind of property we were searching for, she dug in immediately and walked us through everything. She discussed the positive as well as negative points of properties we came across. Many of those items she brought up were not things we had even considered as factors to think about. She also acted as a friend in helping us out after the closing. She has been there for the whole process and even afterwards. If you are looking for an agent who knows her stuff and can get it done, Janine is your realtor!

Shopping for an investment/vacation home when out of state can be challenging but Janine made it simple and our dream a reality. She understood our needs and scheduled many showings when we were down visiting. She is very knowledgeable about the area and super informative. Most importantly she was our eyes and ears during the process, as our primary residence is 900 miles away! She was always available for us. Janine is a class act and reputable professional, she goes above and beyond, a 10 out of 10!
