Seller reviewAgain, Jared came in gave us suggestions on staging our home including cleaning out the basement of extra boxes, and painting three rooms in the house a different color. I was concerned that some of the windows weren't up to par but Jared still was able to sell our house for more than the asking price within 3 DAYS!!

Seller reviewWhen we were getting close to being ready to sell our house we did not know who to use, there are a couple acquaintances that sold real estate but were not easy to find or not actively working. With this in mind my wife spent some time searching face book and the internet, while looking for someone else Jared Van Cleave's name popped up. After reading testimonials others have written about Jared Van Cleave we decided to at least talk to him. Jared Van Cleave was very easy to talk to and I appreciate that Jared told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear, like paint the basement. We met with Jared Van Cleave three time before he asked us to commit to him and Century 21. My wife and I knew we wanted Jared Van Cleave for our agent after the first visit. Jared Van Cleave put a lot of effort into the sale of our house, I could not be happier with the way things worked out. Jared Van Cleave is a honorable man and I will recommend to everyone that asks me about real estate.
