Seller reviewWhen we were getting close to being ready to sell our house we did not know who to use, there are a couple acquaintances that sold real estate but were not easy to find or not actively working. With this in mind my wife spent some time searching face book and the internet, while looking for someone else Jared Van Cleave's name popped up. After reading testimonials others have written about Jared Van Cleave we decided to at least talk to him. Jared Van Cleave was very easy to talk to and I appreciate that Jared told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear, like paint the basement. We met with Jared Van Cleave three time before he asked us to commit to him and Century 21. My wife and I knew we wanted Jared Van Cleave for our agent after the first visit. Jared Van Cleave put a lot of effort into the sale of our house, I could not be happier with the way things worked out. Jared Van Cleave is a honorable man and I will recommend to everyone that asks me about real estate.

This was 5 years ago, and we always remembered Jared's professional character and knowledge about the local real estate market. He took the time to explain things to us and showed us respect even though we weren't his clients at the time. He's just a very nice person. So when we were ready to sell our home, we remembered how Jared shared his expertise with us, and we immediately called Jared Van Cleave to handle the sale of our home. He was excellent to work with and we appreciate everything he did for us. Our house sold fast with Jared!

Seller reviewWe LOVED working with Jared! Obviously the results could not have been better- multiple full-price offers on the first day our house was listed. But more important than that, we felt genuinely cared for by Jared. If we sell again in the future, I wouldn't want to work with anyone besides Jared.

He was very patient as we navigated the "where" we wanted to be (community-wise). Very honest and trustworthy. Jared is a credit to the real estate business. Seller reviewA bank loan officer recommended Jared Van Cleave. When Jared visited the house for a close look, he showed his knowledge and appreciation of 1950s homes, their construction, etc. When I told Jared that I was down to 2 brokers, Jared and another, he provided additional helpful information and displayed further knowledge and appreciation of the type of modest house I had and its neighborhood that tipped the balance in his favor. He provided comparison information from similar homes and neighborhoods. He and the other broker identified similar problems with the house, but had different ways to deal with them. Both had similar sales strategies, but I felt Jared's was more realistic. The sale process went smoothly. He was very quick to respond to my questions and never rolled his eyes. We were in perfect agreement on the sales strategy. Jared kept me informed on the progress toward closing. Jared was exactly what I needed in a real estate agent.
