Seller reviewThis is the second time I've used Jared Van Cleave for a realtor. When I decided to sell my house and buy a new one just a few months before my wedding, I knew it was a long shot. Thankfully Jared is super efficient, calm, and creative. He helped make what could have been a super stressful time in my life become a super exciting one instead. Thanks to his networking and knowledge of the area, my house sold in a day and he found me a new one within a week....in the school district I wanted and within my price range. Once we got this done, he continued to send me regular emails to help me keep track of all the details and was great at responding promptly to all my last minute texts. I'm so thankful for Jared. His help and my new house are definitely an answer to my prayers. I hope to never move again but if I have to, I'll definitely have Jared be my realtor.

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Jared's services to anybody moving into the Ames area for the first time. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the local area, and willing to do the extra steps to make the home-buying process as easy as possible. For instance, we were unable to travel to Ames in person for a visit, so he offered to take us on a video tour. His video tour was almost just as good as an in-person visit. He showed us everything, gave us a great feel for the house, and left us feeling comfortable making an offer without an in-person visit. Also, throughout closing he was attentive, well-organized, and extremely helpful answering questions. He would send weekly updates as closing approached with detailed lists outlining the next steps so that you never felt like you had to chase him to find out what was going on. By far the best real estate agent I've worked with, and an extraordinary professional.
