He was very approachable and really worked to find us homes that fit within our budget and style preferences. He was communicative, pleasant, and provided us with meaningful feedback when we asked for it. Put simply, it didn't feel like it was just about the money with Jared. I have felt that way with other agents, and my experience with Jared was tangibly different, in the best kind of way.
