My wife and I live 3 days drive from Tennessee. We found the house my wife wanted on a real estate web site. The house reminded her of her childhood, growing up on her grandpa's dairy. I asked to be connected to a realtor. I was connected with Jason Craig. Right from the beginning I felt comfortable talking to him. Even though it was late Jason ventured into the house to give us a video tour. Jason did not pressure us. Jason answered all of our questions gave us a great video tour with commentary.. Our conversations often started with a question in a text and right away turned into a conversation on the phone. Jason did not hide anything from us about the house. Jason made us feel welcome to Tennessee. Jason was always available for phone calls and questions. Anything I asked him he was very helpful in explaining. Even if he had to explain it to me twice because I just wasn't getting it. Jason was great. We were able to purchase the house. Jason made us feel like we were working with an old friend. Jason walked us through all the steps of the house purchase. Jason explained everything to us about the house. This was important because the house is a hundred years old. Jason is very knowledgeable of the services and the people in the community. Because of Jason we have pest control, landscaping, contractors, and field work attending to our purchase.
