I am so glad that my friend referred me to Jason. I was in the market for my first purchase on a home and was clueless about how real estate worked. I had a consultation with Jason at the end of January and was very impressed on his knowledge and strategies to get what I wanted. I immediately knew that day that I wanted him to be my agent. We basically communicated daily and he was always there to help with all of my questions and gave me guidance. I put my full trust in him and sure enough he helped me close in on my first condo in Orange County!
Not only did he close the deal for me but he did it in a timely manner. From the day he wrote the offer to the day we closed, it was less than 3 weeks (could have been sooner but seller had a hard date on when we can close). He also has a lot of quality connections and resources. He already knew my loan officer and was able to set me up with anything I needed such as the home inspector, flooring guy, handyman, etc.

He is genuinely a nice guy, knowledgeable/educated, strategic, trustworthy, reliable (even when I bugged him at night and weekends), and gets the job done every step of the way. He went above and beyond for me and made my first real estate experience very easy, smooth, and successful. I am so happy with the purchase of my new home and I cannot thank Jason enough.
