Shortly after starting I obtained my real estate sales license. From there I became an assistant to one of the top foreclosure agents in the area. She taught me how to be compassionate to clients that are going through a tough housing transition. This inspired me to help clients before they lose their home and assist them with short-sale scenarios. When I purchased my first home, I was single, and living from paycheck to paycheck. I thought, "how can I purchase a home≠" I ended up purchasing a two-unit, this allowed me to have someone pay more than half of my mortgage, all while not having any roommates.
