I am a highly-driven sales professional in the real estate industry serving Dane County and the surrounding area. I am passionate about representing my clients and establishing long-term relationships assisting them with their real estate needs. For many people, buying and selling their home is the largest financial investment they will make and I strive to make it the most efficient and pleasant experience possible. I started in real estate by chance. A good friend of mine encouraged me to apply for the Director of First Impressions, and Marketing Director position at CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Shortly after starting I obtained my real estate sales license. From there I became an assistant to one of the top foreclosure agents in the area. She taught me how to be compassionate to clients that are going through a tough housing transition. This inspired me to help clients before they lose their home and assist them with short-sale scenarios. When I purchased my first home, I was single, and living from paycheck to paycheck. I thought, "how can I purchase a home≠" I ended up purchasing a two-unit, this allowed me to have someone pay more than half of my mortgage, all while not having any roommates. Since then I've helped others realize the value in purchasing investment properties and can help you do the same. Seller reviewThis is the second time I have worked with Jason Fowler to buy and sell a house and we will definitely use him if we ever decide to move again. Jason is very knowledgeable about the entire process and takes the burden of selling a house off of the owner. He has the resources to get the answer to any question in a timely manner and knows how to interpret the results so I can understand. There was a lot of back-and-forth with the inspections on both houses and Jason was there every step of the way. My favorite thing about Jason is that he is very honest and straightforward but fun and lighthearted all at the same time. We recommend Jason Fowler to anyone looking to buy or sell a house if you want a friendly yet no-nonsense experience. He isn't just our realtor anymore, now he is our friend.

Buyer reviewMy buying experience was via internet. I made one trip to Madison and had my initial meeting with him. Until I arrived again six months later for the pre-closing walk through, we communicated solely on line and via cell. Jason answered everyone of my many e-mails quickly and thoroughly and provided pertinent and very helpful explanations. He also did great videos with commentary. The commentary was quite valuable because it was very detailed and gave me real insight into what I was looking at. I requested he take videos rather that work via Zoom or similar app, which he was willing to to, also. He gave me exactly the information I asked for and solid opinion when needed. He was quite flexible in getting information on whatever property I wished to "look at." He gave me the feeling that it was my search, not something he was directing; it was my agenda not his. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to buy real estate in Madison.
