Jason Fretag is an awesome guy to work with, very knowledgeable, provides results fast, doesn’t force us to buy a house that we don’t like like our previous agent we had which we dumped in a heartbeat after we met Jason. Actually Jason came to us!!! Took the time to stop by while we were looking at a house in the Madera Ranchos area that wasn’t occupied, had a for sale sign on it which we wanted to see inside but needed an agent to see so he stop, acknowledged that he was an agent coming from another showing and that if I wanted to see the house he’d show us that one as well as show us the other one he showed to some other clients earlier that day. Me and my wife were very happy, showed us the house as well as the other one, both were out of our price ranges but told him what we were looking for and helped us out the rest of the way!! I’m very happy and great full he stopped by! went out of his way to greet us and I knew he was the right agent for me and my wife and just been awesome guy to work with every step of the way!
