He was even to arrange multiple "out of the ordinary" showings with contractors to help us determine if the renovations that were needed would be within our budget so we could have all of the information necessary prior to making an offer. Following the accepted offer, Jason was very communicative regarding the timeline and what steps needed to be adhered to. I would definitely recommend Jason!
