Jason was great to work with. He listened to our needs and found a house that fit not only our budget, but our list of "wants" as well. He was even to arrange multiple "out of the ordinary" showings with contractors to help us determine if the renovations that were needed would be within our budget so we could have all of the information necessary prior to making an offer. Following the accepted offer, Jason was very communicative regarding the timeline and what steps needed to be adhered to. I would definitely recommend Jason!

Being a first time home buyer, Jason Geary communicated during the entire process. He had so much knowledge about the loan type we were approved for. We never felt that he was being pushy but he was guiding us through the process. I would definitely recommend Jason Geary as an agent. He would answer calls/text in a timely manner and would problem solve if there was an issue. Even better we were able to close on time!
