Seller reviewJay Whistler III takes his job very seriously but he is also fun to work with. He truly goes Above and Beyond to help you in any way he can. He always listened to what we wanted and knew the best way to help us. In the beginning he went about 55-60 miles out of the area to show us a house that we had been interested to see. I mean who but a great salesman does that. It was not the house for us. With his help after about 6 months of us looking found us what is now our dream home. Then he was so very helpful while we were making renovations to our old home to get it ready to be put on the market. I am so very Thankful to Jay for all his guidance and help through this journey. We knew we had someone that would look out for us as there are many aspects to buying and selling a house. I most definitely with send others to him for any of there buying or selling real estate needs.

In my case, jay was also the seller's agent. He remained very professional and honest throughout the whole process even though he was working for both parties. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Jay and will use him again in the future. I have already recommended him to a friend!

Seller reviewThis was the sale of an Estate of my Mother. I would not have used any other agent besides Jay Whistler to do it for me. The sale of my Mothers home went quickly and very professionally. I would not use another agent other than Jay Whistler nor another office other than Century 21 Above and Beyond. I was always greeted by friendly staff and the ones I spoke to were very helpful when Jay Whistler was not able to be there. From the time I had first approached Jay Whistler to help me sell my Mothers home before and after she died, he was very helpful. We discussed price, location, availability of similar properties and what the market was saying about homes such as this. I was very appreciative of his time he took to explain and answer all my questions. My Moms home had some factors that made it difficult to market. Jay was very open with me as to what to expect as far what the buyers may say. I have dealt with other agents and many have not wanted to help me as he did. My family was very pleased with him and I would recommend him. In fact, I already have. I have known Gayle Arbogast for many years and trust her. I would not work with anyone else in this area.
