We asked Jayson a lot of questions regarding the selling of our home and the purchase of a property. We are from Oregon, and sometimes we forgot about the 3 hour difference. I've called Jayson at 11:00 his time a few times. He didn't seem to mind, and was always so pleasant. I don't think I would have been. Jayson doesn't leave you once the transaction is done. We are building a new house on the property we purchased f on him. He is going to help us through the building process. He recommended a mortgage broker, and she is awesome.

Jason Burtch and his wife Jessica helped solve a problem my and I have been trying to accomplish for 2 years. We have been trying to move from Indiana to Port Charlotte. Jayson and Jessica helped us find a piece of property in the area we wished live. At the same time lead us to reputable contractor to build us a new home. They also solved a problem we had of trying to find house to rent while our new house is being built. Finding a house to rent is not a problem, but finding one to rent with 4 little dogs is a very monumental problem. Jayson solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. I am currently dealing with real estate agents in Indiana and it has been a communication nightmare. After the sale of my home but before the closing it has felt like my agent is working for the buyer more than for me. As far as my wife and I are concerned you will never find a better agency than Century 21 Sunbelt Realty!

I listed property with John Toothman in Westerville, OH, he ask if I had plans to purchase other real estate and I told him I would like to buy a house in Florida. He asked if I was working with a broker in Florida and I told him I was going to work with the listing agent because they would have the most motivation for making the sale. He disagreed and said their loyalty would be to the seller and I needed an agent to represent me. He also said that his office, ERA had a referral system and he would get me the best agent in that area--Jayson Burtch Century 21.

I liked Jayson because he answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us anything but let us buy a house. He gained our confidence in a matter of minutes and we felt comfortable asking for and taking his advice. I would use Jayson again for buying or selling any real estate, and would recommend him to anyone else in the market for real estate.

Jayson Burtch is the ultimate real estate agent. His knowledge of Charlotte County is outstanding. His knowledge of the real estate business is outstanding. He is very honest, trustworthy and very respectful. I have never gotten the feeling that Jayson was only interested in getting a commission. Quite the contrary, he will often give me advice such as I might be offering too much money for a specific property and explain why. I own some rental properties and have bought and sold several properties in Charlotte County over the last 22 years. I have used other agents and have not been very happy in the dealings that I have had with some of them. Jayson has the right set of skills to be a real estate agent and his communication skills are the absolute best. It is very important to me that my agent is quick to get in touch with me or to respond to any of my questions about a particular property and Jayson has always done that.
