Buyer reviewI worked with Jean-Claude as he helped me previously in some other Real Estate acquisitions, and as he did good I wanted to work with him to help me buy some lots in Vero Beach. Despite he didn't know much of the area previously, he went there to check around and proposed me few lots that he selected. I must say that the lots he selected were in a very nice area, free of any building restrictions like (turtle nest protection....) He helped me negotiating the best prices with the sellers I just can say that I am very happy working with him, and I strongly recommend Jean-Claude.

Seller reviewI previously worked with Jean-Claude for the acquisition of a property in Lantana, and for the sell of another property in Port Saint Lucie. He did great each time, organising open houses, keeping me posted at each step of the sell. He has been very helpfull for finalizing the negotiations with the buyers and following all the steps in the selling process which is never simple when you have to deal with HOA. I only can warmly recommend to work with Jean Claude.
