I have known Jean since Jr. High. I trust her, and I know that she cares about meeting needs, means, practicality, and feasibility. Jean will not slam a deal together that will fall through, or that will not coincide with the aforementioned criteria. She truly is the Jean that fits your real estate needs. The market is what it is, and everyone has to deal with the same market within the same geographical area, but The agency that I dealt with BEFORE C21 NH and Jean, seemed to care more about boosting THEIR commission, or pushing me in a direction that I did not need or want to go than they did about meeting MY needs, or finding a realistic solution to MY request. Not so with Jean Sauer-Ferron! Jean was right on top of things, and got the job done in short order. She found just the right house, was available in a moment's notice for a showing, she was quick, yet thorough and efficient. We didn't have to worry about anything. Jean had all of her t's crossed and I's dotted at every juncture. We are very happy with C21 NH and with Jean Sauer-Ferron! Jean does everything right. I wouldn't change a thing. She doesn't have a magic wand, but what she DOES have is knowledge, intuition, insight, personality, drive, and dedication. I am sure that she is a successful realtor, because she recognizes that her job is founded on service to her clients. She doesn't let them flounder by getting into a real estate deal that is over their heads, nor does she let them lose hope that the right place will come along. If a client is willing to put their trust in Jean, she will research the market relentlessly, for the right deal for the client. I rated Jean EXCELLENT in ALL categories. I think my choices speak for themselves. Jean Sauer-Ferron was AWESOME. We were very fortunate to have chosen her to put together our real estate deal!
