In 2018, I became a broker for the CENTURY 21 House of Realty, Inc, Carterville office. I love helping people find the right home to meet their needs! My husband and I live east of Johnston City on our family farm and I am also employed as a mathematics teacher in the Herrin Unit 4 School District. Ron and I have two daughters, Ashley (Derek) and Kelsie, along with our beautiful granddaughter, Harper. I love all that Southern Illinois has to offer and I would love to put clients in a home that would truly help them enjoy our southern scenery. Seller reviewJeanie Nagrodski was a godsend. We first met with her a little over a year ago to give us a plan for what we needed to do to sell my mom's house. She was always will to meet and discuss, but never pushy. She gave us ideas of what would need to be done, and an asking price. Needless to say, it was a work in progress. We had to go through everything in the house and the barn. I could go on an on about the barn, but this is about Jeanie. Any time I had a question, she was ready with an answer. Even if it was an answer I didn't want to hear, she gave it to me... remember the barn. ? Jeanie walked me through every step of the process, and made it easy.
