Welcome! Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Jeanne Gleason and I am your CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises real estate agent. I am from the Pittsburgh area where I grew up, went to college for a residential design degree, got married and raised my family. I moved to the Tampa Bay area with my husband and 2 children in 2005 and I have been wondering what took me so long! We love it here!
I've been the soccer mom, baseball cheerleader, dance lesson chauffeur, band parent, and wedding planner. Now as empty nesters, I love to golf, scrapbook to preserve all those wonderful memories, and walk on the beach. I volunteer on the building committee at my church and work with my husband designing kitchens and baths and decorating homes.
The areas I serve are Riverview, Apollo Beach, and the surrounding South Shore area of Hillsborough County as well as northern Manatee County.

I chose Jeanne because of her previous track record in selling houses in our subdivision and was not disappointed one bit. To be honest, her suggested listing price was above what I originally thought the home could be listed for and it was also well above listing prices recommended by other agents we met with. Seller reviewJeanne Gleason took the time to explain every aspect of the process of selling home. She also explained, in great detail, her strategy for selling our home which included a wide swath of advertising mediums, open houses and coordination with numerous other realtors. When we first met I asked her simply why we should choose her over another realtor. Her answer was simply that she would seel our home quickly, protect our interests and get us the best deal possible. Well that she did! Our first offer came in within 9 days in market that has an average of 180 days before sale. The final accepted offer was $10,000 over asking and we closed without a hitch. I'd recommend Jeanne as a realtor without hesitation. She was always available, always patient and quietly competent. I'm not sure there's a better realtor in the area!
