Jeannie Nguyen moved to the United States from Vietnam as a young child and is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. The youngest of twelve children, Jeannie was raised in a hard-working and resourceful family. Being the youngest child, Jeannie's parents and older siblings provided a familial and community-based support system emphasizing the importance of hard-work, personal responsibility, shared success and interpersonal relationships. This dynamic, yet structured, environment has molded Jeannie's approach to life, both business and personal.Jeannie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Life Sciences. Following graduation, Jeannie started her career in the biomedical industry and developed her sales expertise as a professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Merck Pharmaceuticals. Jeannie then transitioned her sales and marketing skills into the family business: Title and Settlement Company; Mortgage Loan Brokerage; and Real Estate Sales. This transition provided Jeannie with the opportunity to pursue her true passion, helping families reach their goals of home ownership and prosperity, the real American dream!Jeannie provides a truly professional service to her clients. Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning Jeannie was upfront with managing my expectations which helped me find a place that met my needs realistically. She worked hard to schedule in time for me to take a look at a variety of houses and to make sure I was aware of the pros and cons of each house such as signs of mold or insect infestations. Seller reviewWe had known about Jeannie for several years thru her regular fliers tracking house sales for our neighborhood and her neighborhood activities coordinating yard sales and shredding events. It was a no-brainer to contact her when we decided to sell our house. (We interviewed other agents as well). Jeannie not only gave us the highest valuation in her market analysis but she was spot on! She gave us a realistic timetable to bring the house to market and provided us with names of reliable contractors to get the house ready. She was in regular communication and always responsive day or night via text or phone to our queries. Her suggestions to help make the house more appealing (including staging) were well thought out and likely helped us get our price and sell the house very quickly. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience.
