We were assigned to Jeff by chance through a HSV Disovery Tour through the POA. This would mean that Jeff would function as our local guide to HSV. Our interest was in purchasing a lot in HSV. Well, we sure believe that we won the lottery with drawing Jeff as our guide. Jeff has a great amount of knowledge about the layout of the village (inside and outside), how the village functions, and the history of the village. We had researched a list of lots and Jeff provided quick feedback on his thoughts on them. In addition, Jeff also provided a list of lots that he thought matched our specific requirements. In the end, we ended up purchasing property from his list. Jeff went above and beyond in providing pointers, was very easy to contact and always quickly responded to our questions.
