Seller reviewJeff came to my house prior to listing and made recommendations as how a higher asking price could be made. I followed his recommendations and contacted his recommended vendors for work. When I advised Jeff that the necessary work had been completed, he placed a sign in the yard and presented an asking price offer the next day. Jeff and his office worked with me through the closing and the receipt of my check. I would highly recommend Jeff and Century 21 Lighthouse Realty to anyone wanting to sell or buy property in Jacksonville, Fl.
