I know that buying or selling a home is more than a simple financial transaction; it can be an emotional process as well. I take the time to understand your specific needs and effectively negotiate in your best interest to guide you through an ideal sale. In the current Real Estate market, it is more important than ever to partner with an established and successful Real Estate Agent. I have closed more than $200 million dollars and 800+ transactions in local home sales over the past 20 years. Clients choose to work with me because of my experience, ethics, and Real Estate expertise. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Madison market and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Closing over 800 properties means that at least that many contracts were drafted, inspections were completed (with amendments), appraisals were completed, and loan commitments were delivered. These are all skills that can only be honed through actual experience. I have compiled a very short list of local contractors that are honest, trustworthy, and skilled - electricians, plumbers, handy persons, painters, etc. - that are available for home owners to employ with confidence. Past client referrals are a mainstay of my business, which speaks to the excellent service provided while searching for that perfect house or selling your current home. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a District Sales Manager for Pepsi Cola, Conagra, and Dreyers which helped in developing my people and sales skills.

Buyer reviewHe was phenomenal. Went above and beyond. I have VERY high expectations of people, so that's saying a lot. His attention to detail was second to Sherlock Holmes only, and his ability to read between the lines our needs for our future house and really listen to what we were looking for are characteristics that are undervalued in today's society but Jeff has it nailed for sure. He was patient, always kept us in the loop. We really appreciated that he communicated and was transparent about the whole process. With some realtors there are long pauses and you're wondering what they're up to. He was very responsive to questions, comments, etc. Just outstanding, really.

Buyer reviewI feel that Jeff went above an beyond after having an accepted offer on the house. There had been a potential water issue and he went out during a rainy day to assess and trouble shoot the issue. I do not think that all realtors would have done this. He is also very helpful with resources to help fix issues and ideas on what would be the most beneficial thing to improve in the houses we were looking at.
