I know that buying or selling a home is more than a simple financial transaction; it can be an emotional process as well. I take the time to understand your specific needs and effectively negotiate in your best interest to guide you through an ideal sale. In the current Real Estate market, it is more important than ever to partner with an established and successful Real Estate Agent. I have closed more than $200 million dollars and 800+ transactions in local home sales over the past 20 years. Clients choose to work with me because of my experience, ethics, and Real Estate expertise. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Madison market and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Closing over 800 properties means that at least that many contracts were drafted, inspections were completed (with amendments), appraisals were completed, and loan commitments were delivered. These are all skills that can only be honed through actual experience. I have compiled a very short list of local contractors that are honest, trustworthy, and skilled - electricians, plumbers, handy persons, painters, etc. - that are available for home owners to employ with confidence. Past client referrals are a mainstay of my business, which speaks to the excellent service provided while searching for that perfect house or selling your current home. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a District Sales Manager for Pepsi Cola, Conagra, and Dreyers which helped in developing my people and sales skills.

Seller reviewJeff Kramer went above and beyond expectations in every way. Selling our house presented many challenges but Jeff had solutions to all of them. Over and over he did the extra work that was needed to make the process run smoothly and successfully. He was there at every part of the process working to get us through every barrier we had to get past to get the job done. Although he is a tireless worker, he has a relaxed, positive, and easy going personality that helped make a difficult time that much less stressful. His complete mastery of the details of his profession smoothed out all rough spots and made it all far easier than we could have hoped. In the end we had no choice but to relax and stop worrying about the sale. With Him working for us we found the perfect buyer for our property and sold it for more than we expected. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You need to get this guy working for you.

Jeff did an amazing job at eliminating the stress and making the purchase run seamlessly. He was always pleasant, willing to discuss anything, and available at all times.
