I know that buying or selling a home is more than a simple financial transaction; it can be an emotional process as well. I take the time to understand your specific needs and effectively negotiate in your best interest to guide you through an ideal sale. In the current Real Estate market, it is more important than ever to partner with an established and successful Real Estate Agent. I have closed more than $200 million dollars and 800+ transactions in local home sales over the past 20 years. Clients choose to work with me because of my experience, ethics, and Real Estate expertise. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Madison market and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Closing over 800 properties means that at least that many contracts were drafted, inspections were completed (with amendments), appraisals were completed, and loan commitments were delivered. These are all skills that can only be honed through actual experience. I have compiled a very short list of local contractors that are honest, trustworthy, and skilled - electricians, plumbers, handy persons, painters, etc. - that are available for home owners to employ with confidence. Past client referrals are a mainstay of my business, which speaks to the excellent service provided while searching for that perfect house or selling your current home. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a District Sales Manager for Pepsi Cola, Conagra, and Dreyers which helped in developing my people and sales skills.

Not only did we "click" with Jeff Kramer, but he did us a great service by walking around our property to give us advice about how best to prioritize repairs and updates that would maximize our sale price. He recommended independent, reliable small businesses to do those repairs - and those great connections meant we got good work done at fair prices, in a timely way. We appreciated that he was willing to work with us when we had such a long timeline for sale and a very particular vision of the home we wanted to buy: Jeff gave us good advice throughout. We really appreciated that he was willing to see our big picture and take the long view - he was willing to work with us to achieve our goal to be in a different house, and to help us sort out selling the old house and buying the new one so it all worked out well. We love our new house and we're really happy that we were able to sell our old house to new folks who will love it.
