Seller reviewThanks to Jeff, my house was under contract in less than 3 days for more money than I ever expected to get! Before close I had a 100% totally unexpected legal problem come up that put closing in jeopardy. Jeff then worked with both an estate attorney and the closing attorney, often doing all kinds of legal research way beyond what I would expect from a selling agent, to ensure a smooth closing. My closing may never have happened, or at least would have been much further delayed, if it wasn't for Jeff's intelligence, hard work, and tenacity!

I was out of town for most of the process and Jeff handled everything on that end from helping to find contractors to inspecting their work. He knows the area well because he lives there and he was able to get my house sold quickly and above asking. He also helped facilitate a mail in closing which was amazing. I would highly recommend Jeff to any of my friends and neighbors looking to buy or sell in my area.

He kept me on tract with getting things completed. He was accessible and did not mind my calling to ask questions or get clarification any time of day or evening.
