He was Professional, kind, responded quickly, and made sure all our needs were met. He made the whole process smooth for us and was up front about what to expect, and keeping things rolling. Brett Berhens, built us a wonderful home and was very respectful. Anything we needed added or changed he was on it. I would recommend these 2 for any upcoming sales or builds.

Jeff was extremely helpful in our buying process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and about the style of house we were purchasing. He was very timely in sending documents and very helpful in sending our offer, working with the bank and closing agents, and having a successful close. He even offered to let us borrow some scaffolding when we wanted to start painting our new house! Extremely helpful, very friendly. Jeff is a great agent!
