He was honest and straightforward about the prognosis of certain aspects of selling, and optimistic along the way. Jeff clearly had my well-being in mind when executing all aspects of the sale. We were originally working with another agent (not employed by century 21) and she was so incompetent and disconnected that after having an argument with my husband we terminated our relationship with her. Because of her treatment, we were very reluctant to work exclusively with another agent. Nonetheless, we had to in order to purchase a home. Within a day of working with Jeff, I knew he was the right fit for us. He personally sorted through listing and made sure every listing that he sent us fit the criteria that we gave him. To his credit, what we told him did tend to change as our search progressed and Jeff never missed a beat! He immediately tweaked his search to keep things moving. After a few weeks of looking, my husband received a transfer to Tennessee resulting in us no longer needing to purchase a property in Harrisburg. Jeff was all over this and put us in touch with an outstanding agent in the area we were moving and we ended up purchasing the 4th property that we saw. This was the point in which we gave Jeff our listing and it was one of the best decisions that we could have made! Jeff not only hired a professional photographer, he knew my husband was now in Tennessee and came to help move larger pieces of furniture for staging and even helped watch my son while I was working with the photographer! The website that he created for us was and the write up that he gave our property was outstanding! I called him as soon as I saw it and asked if I could buy it! Jeff was such an amazing agent, he had 4 offers on my house within 3 days of listing it and one was above list price! His marketing skill was so extraordinary that I have told anyone who will listen that if they are looking to sell, Jeff is their guy. He not only communicated EVERY step necessary, he also explained things to me when I didn't understand some of the legal information. After having negative experiences with real estate agents in the past, I was skeptical but Jeff was in our corner 110% of the time. By the end of the sale, I truly felt that Jeff became a friend. When he would call about things for the house, we would end up talking about family, how things were progressing for the move, if I needed help, or how the baby was adjusting. We even talked local restaurants. I can't say enough about how great of an experience Jeff provided. He was a knowledgeable and calming presence during an extremely stressful time in our lives.
