I was never in the dark and was impressed with his constant correspondence and information even while on vacation. Very impressive. Jeff, also took control of this situation as our home was my parent's estate and emotions were high. Kudos! Broker made the initial contact, and was concerned with our needs. Office staff were understand and courteous when calling for showings. Due to the area, our property was somewhat difficult to sell. I believe this being the reason it took over 12 weeks.
