Jen Claybaugh
Jen Claybaugh works together was a team with her husband Chad. The Claybaugh's met in 1998 at cosmetology school in Provo Utah. Jen was a student at Von Curtis Academy in Provo and Chad did maintenance at the school. They got married in 1999. After renting an apartment for a few years, the Claybaugh's built their first home in 2002. Four years later they turned their first home into a rental property and built another home. They have built two more homes since then and purchased several investment rental properties along the way. They have four kids and love spending time together as a family.
Jen is a Realtor and Talent Specialist/Recruiter for Century 21 Harman Realty. Jen grew up in Orem Utah. She graduated from Von Curtis Academy (cosmetology) in 1998 and worked in the hair industry for a short time but then decided to pursue a career in real estate. She graduated from Utah Valley University in 2002. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2002.
Chad is the Principal Broker of Century 21 Harman Realty. He grew up in South Jordan Utah. In 1995-1997 he served a 2-year mission for his church in the Czech Republic. Chad entered the real estate business by working as rental property manager. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2002.
Chad and Jen have been selling Utah homes full time since 2002. Their clients keep coming back to work with them again. They help their buyer clients find the right home on the client's time frame with no pressure. They help their seller clients sell for the highest price possible. They have retained many clients for life by providing them with the highest quality service. The Claybaugh team has earned the Centurion, Masters, Quality Service and Presidents Awards from Century 21 - and ranked in Zillow Trends top 100 real estate agents.
