Jen Hammond has been an active member of her community for 21+ years, and is excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. Jen is a member of the Licking County Board of Realtors, National Associations of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Multiple Listing Services and Young Leaders of Licking County. When not selling real estate, she is working as a Developmental Specialist with the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities and is a Licensed Social Worker through the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board.
With a passion for service in the Licking County area, Jen is ready to help with all your real estate needs. She takes great pride in the relationships she builds and will work relentlessly on her client's behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.

When Jen isn't making homeownership dreams come true, she is spending time with her family and friends. She lives with her husband and daughter in Licking County, while her son attends college at Ohio University. They spend most of their time at sporting events and love everything outdoors!

If she didn't know an answer to our question, she made sure to find out as quickly as possible. When we hit a bump in the road (at no fault to her or Century 21) she was with us the whole time helping to figure it out. While the closing process took a stressful turn, Jen was there to remind us to breathe. We highly recommend her to any person interested in buying a home!
