She is so kind, caring, very sensitive to your needs and wants, great listener, and you feel like you've known her your whole life! Jennie had pictures taken and on the market in one day! We unfortunately had to give Jennie a small time of one month to sell our house. Jennie stated "I'll sell your house in one week". She sold our house in SEVEN HOURS! Jennie helped us get a painter within two days, and he did an excellent job with a very reasonable rate. We The painter was in and out in one day. We honestly could not think about using a better Realtor than Jennie! The inspection, appraisal and closing were scheduled within days! Another HUGE part of closing was that Jennie wasn't calling you all time asking for additional paperwork like most realtors do! Jennie will never be forgotten! Professional, precise and consistently keeping you informed. Exceptional is what Jennie is! Grateful & blessed!

Seller reviewMy wife and I were relocating due to work and it was a very sensitive process in selling our home and working around the schedule and well-being of our young kids. We needed to sell quickly so we could continue our process of relocating for work but we didn't want to sacrifice price, people or process. Jennie did a great job working with us and understanding our needs. She did a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure our closing was smooth and that we didn't have many disruptions to our lives. While we are moving out of state we would recommend Jennie to our friends and family who remain in Indiana and are in the need of a professional and experienced real estate agent.
