Buyer reviewWe were lucky enough to get a double dose of Jenny as both a selling and buyers agent. Typically you would find that people are better at one thing versus another, but not when it comes to Jennifer and real estate. On both sides of the transaction we were lucky enough to land the cream of the crop. Her knowledge and ability to get you the answers you need were impeccable. Having Jenny in our corner really was a great experience all around. There is no doubt she will get our recommendation any day of the week. Selling and buying a home can become stressful in the blink of an eye. That stress is minimal when you realize there is a friend on your team instead of a just a business partner. Thank you Jenny!

I challenged her judgement at times which always came back to the same result....she was right. :) We did hit a bit of a speed bump at the table when closing, and that is when Jen truly showed where her heart and focus lies. She went above and beyond to defend us and make things right. If only the same could be said about the imposter sitting on the other side of the table. I can't thank you enough Jen! Seller reviewI am the Court appointed Receiver for the corporate owner of this and several properties for which Jennifer is handling. There have been and continue to be numerous road blocks in our way, including having to repeatedly going back to court to address problems created by an owner/occupant. Jennifer has professionally and exceptionally handled these issues. She has dealt with difficult tenants, parties, and potential buyers in a manner that I would not expect of anyone, and doing it a way that everyone gained an appreciation for her and her talents. Everyone involved has continued to like Jennifer which was an impossible task in this situation. She has exceeded all expectations and my expectations were already high. Anyone considering buying or selling property should unequivocally use Jennifer!!!
